Carts of Colorado Named Supplier of the Year by Club Car
GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. (October 1, 2006) – Carts of Colorado was recently named this year’s Supplier of the Year in the “Aftermarket Excellence” segment by Club Car Inc.
Carts of Colorado manufactures and sells mobile beverage units that are designed to be attached to Club Car’s golf cars. These specially equipped vehicles are most commonly found on golf courses, providing beverages and packaged snacks to players and spectators alike.
“As far as we’re concerned, Supplier of the Year in this category is really an important award,” explained Club Car's vice president of sourcing. “By awarding it to Carts of Colorado, we’re recognizing years of good continuity of supply and high quality standards. The company has embraced contemporary supply-chain management techniques and used them to the benefit of Club Car as well as its own customers.”
He described the Carts of Colorado management team members as “stellar performers” who consistently provide innovative, in-demand products. In particular, Club Car was most impressed by a new video created and produced by Carts of Colorado.
The video describes the company’s beverage cart program and serves as a sales, marketing and instructional tool. Dan Gallery, president of Carts of Colorado, narrated the video, which discusses the cart’s attributes and describes the way it works with Club Car’s vehicles.
